4dx Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4dx platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by 4dx, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as any additional policies published on the platform from time to time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dx as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account.
These terms apply to all users of the 4dx platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing platform content or services through any device or web browser. The 4dx platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the platform's full services, you must register an account using accurate, valid, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 4dx will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you are required to contact the 4dx support team immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity pending investigation.
- Registration details must be accurate and valid at all times.
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with any other party.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- The use of automation, bots, or third-party software to access the platform is prohibited.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4dx platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and has been duly authorised for deposits into your 4dx account.
Deposits that have been successfully processed are final and non-reversible, except in cases of technical errors caused by a platform system fault. Refund requests arising from a change of mind, game outcomes, or bonus activity already utilised will not be entertained.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and the identity verification requirements of the platform. 4dx reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with internal security compliance procedures.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the current promotion's terms.
- Touch 'n Go, Boost, and Malaysian internet banking are accepted as payment methods.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the method selected.
- Bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
4. Platform Usage Rules, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Terms of Use
You agree to use the 4dx platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where sufficient evidence exists.
You are not permitted to attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems, databases, or any technical components related to 4dx's operations. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
Liability Limit
4dx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, temporary technical errors, or unfavourable game outcomes. 4dx's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, interface designs, text, images, and visual elements on the 4dx platform are the exclusive property of 4dx or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 4dx.
5. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
4dx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms in this document. This includes but is not limited to: identity fraud, use of unauthorised payment methods, bonus system manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim a refund of any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements. Any legitimate cash balance in an account closed for reasons not involving user misconduct will be processed for refund in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.
Third-Party Links
The 4dx platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 4dx is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access those sites entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
4dx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
